Why It Matters

Why Tint Your Windows?

Automotive window tint offers far more than just a sleek look.

UV Protection

Blocks harmful UV rays and keeps interiors cooler for comfort, health and long-term durability.

Heat Rejection

Keeps your car, home or office cooler in summer and warmer in winter by holding heat where it belongs.

Glare Reduction

Cuts down harsh sunlight and reflections to reduce eye strain and improve overall visibility.

Improved Privacy Control

Reduces visibility from outside, creating a more secure and comfortable environment in vehicles, homes and workplaces.

Shatter Resistance

Helps hold glass together on impact, reducing shattering and improving safety in cars, homes and commercial buildings.

Heat & Energy Reduction

Keeps interiors cooler naturally, reducing how often you need to run the A/C in cars and buildings.

Interior Fading Protection

Protects interior materials from fading, discoloration and long-term sun damage.

Clear Film Options

Get all these benefits with virtually invisible tint — perfect clarity, no dark look required.

Know Your Film

Understanding Window Tint

A little knowledge goes a long way. Here are the terms that matter most when you pick your tint.

What VLT Means

VLT stands for Visible Light Transmission, the percentage of light that passes through the film and glass. A lower VLT number means a darker tint. A 5% VLT limo tint lets very little light through, while a 70% tint is nearly clear. Most states measure front side windows by VLT, so the number matters for staying legal as much as for the look you want.

Infrared (IR) Heat Rejection

Infrared is the part of sunlight you feel as heat on your skin. IR heat rejection measures how much of that heat the film blocks before it reaches your cabin. Ceramic and ceramic IR films reject far more infrared than standard dyed or carbon film, which is why a light ceramic tint can keep your car cooler than a much darker cheap film. More IR rejection means a cooler seat and less strain on your AC.

Setting It Straight

Window Tint Myths, Busted

A lot of what people believe about tint is out of date. Here is the reality on the three we hear most.

01

Myth: Tint Is Only About Looks

Reality. The right film blocks 99% of UV, rejects real heat, and cuts glare, so it protects your skin and interior every drive.

02

Myth: All Tint Is the Same

Reality. Cheap dyed film fades purple and bubbles. Carbon and ceramic films hold their color and reject far more heat.

03

Myth: Tint Ruins Visibility at Night

Reality. A legal shade installed by a pro keeps night visibility clear and actually reduces blinding headlight glare.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we get from customers, answered.

How long does window tint installation take?

Most full-vehicle installs run 2–3 hours. Larger vehicles, partial removals or commercial work can take longer — we'll always give you an exact ETA at booking.

How long should I wait before rolling my windows down?

We recommend leaving windows up for at least 3–5 days while the film fully cures. Curing time varies with weather — your installer will give you the exact timeline.

Does the tint go on the inside or outside of the glass?

Window film is professionally installed on the interior side of your glass for protection and longevity.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

All of our premium ceramic films are backed by a manufacturer's lifetime warranty against fading, peeling and bubbling.

Will tint affect my defroster lines or electronics?

No. Our films are installed using techniques that won't damage defroster lines, antennas, or any factory electronics.

How do I clean tinted windows?

Use any ammonia-free glass cleaner with a soft microfiber towel. Avoid abrasive cloths or paper towels.

Do I need to drop my vehicle off or wait for it?

You are welcome to do whichever works best for you. We have a waiting area with drinks, snacks, and WIFI if you would like to watch the process.
