Appointment Booking
By booking an appointment through our platform, you agree to these terms. Appointments may require a deposit as specified during the booking process. Any deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.
SMS Notifications
By providing your phone number during booking and agreeing to the consent checkbox, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Wilmington Window Tinting. These messages include:
Message frequency: Varies based on your service activity. Typically 2 to 5 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of SMS will not affect your appointment. We may still contact you by phone or email regarding your service. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of service
- We accept payment methods as specified at checkout
- Card payments may include a processing fee as disclosed at checkout
- Cash payments may be eligible for a discount as disclosed at checkout
Cancellation Policy
Deposits may be non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling with the deposit applied to the new appointment.
Service Warranty
Window tint services carry a warranty as specified by the film manufacturer. Warranty terms vary by film type and are disclosed at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability
Zachary Baum is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of our services beyond the scope of the specific service provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
